1、To develop high potential target accounts. To sell and maintain contact with existing accounts. To promote and sell airfreight / seafreight &Inland services.
2、To liaise with Dimerco overseas offices. To focus on agreed market segments and targets.
3、To cooperate with the respective team leader and the CS & OP team as a whole. To cooperate with product managers to drive a dedicated development program.
4、To report new and lost business, as well as customer and marketoriented developments in an accurate and timely manner.
5、To achieve the preset gross profit contribution target and other productivity KPI.
6、To apply Dimerco sales software eSAM system it's full extend. Maintain customer profile, manage customer relationship and develop selling strategy for individual prospect.
7、Following company credit management policy & contract management rules to select qualified customers and take responsibility of the AR collection.
College or above with major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.
2、Experience & Knowledge :
Around 2-3 years of experience in a related capacity for an international freight forwarding company (preferred)
Knowledge of International Trade ,logistic and supply chain
Fundamental marketing concept & experience
Familiar relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Proficient in using PC software (MS Windows)
3、Skill & Personality :
Good communication & presentation skill in both English and Chinese
Team player and results oriented.
Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated
Willing & able to work under pressure
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and emergency handling skills
