Responsibilities职责:Handle inquires and bookings in accordance with the department’s routine.Records and processes all kind of reservations, in-coming, daily call and groupsEnsures all facts of a reservation have been actioned. Processes cancellation/amendments to reservations (extension, early departure)Investigates and handles no show reservations. Prepares reservation sales reports.Sells the program and other products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.Maintains high level of telephone skills to meet department standard.Follow up with program sales to trace inquire statusEnsures all guest requests are responded to immediately. Maintains a high level of product and service knowledge.
Requirements要求：Basic Knowledge of Travel Trade Industry, medical or wellness industry. Min 2-3 years of experience in reservations service industry, front office and sales with chain hotels. University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferredExcellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written)Innovative self-starter, highly motivated.Positive attitude under pressureGood Interpersonal & communicative skills.
Greets customer and finds out what they would like to book and when.
Offers alternative room types, rates and packages to the customer.
Records reservation information accurately.
Identifies commissionable reservations and secures required information.
Records and processes deposit and billing information.
Files all reservations to facilitate easy referral.
Maintains the correspondence file by date of arrival.
Communicates with the Accounts Department to ensure credit has been established by companies wishing to charge back costs to their company.
