1、根据会计准则完成基金的会计核算与估值、净值披露与报送;

2、及时、准确编制所需的财务报表,按照要求报送各类财务分析报告和汇总数据;

3、完成对账、账户管理、清算结算、会计档案管理等基础性工作;

4、完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。


二、技能要求:

1、会计、金融或其它经济相关专业,本科及以上学历;

2、0-3年工作经验;重点是薪资能接受,但是如果是金融同行薪资可以再聊。

3、理解会计基本原理,掌握会计基本实务;

4、有基金从业资格优先考虑;

5、具有一定的抗压能力,勤奋好学、踏实细致,敬业乐群。

岗位职责:

1、负责编制收入、利润计划;

  2、办理销售款项结算业务;

  3、负责收入和利润的明细核算;

  4、负责利润分配的明细核算;

  5、编制收入和利润报表;

  6、协助有关部门对产成品进行清查盘点;

任职资格:

1、有良好的职业道德和职业操守,吃苦耐劳,有上进心;

2、全日制大专及以上学历,会计、财务管理、金融等相关专业;

3 、具有二年以上财务会计工作经验,能够独立完成全套账务处理工作,精通增值税业务,有金融或银行公司背景者优先;

4、具有会计上岗证,初级或中级会计师职称,有注册会计师证书者优先;

5、精通国家财务会计法律规范,熟悉国家税务法规及相关税收政策;

6、熟悉财务软件的使用,有用友NC实际操作经验者优先;

7、有较强的沟通协调能力,良好的纪律性及团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力

岗位职责:  

1.严格执行公司各项制度,并定期整理交易数据,向上级领导账户分析结果;

2.按照部门主管的要求进行技术和基本面规律的分析,进行数据的搜集或整理;

3.配合其他部门有关工作;

4.遵守公司的各项管理制度,承办领导交办的其他工作。、

岗位要求:

1.18-55周岁,大本及其以上学历;性别不限、专业不限,退伍军人优先考虑;

2.性格开朗,诚实守信、踏实勤奋,工作积极主动;

3.沟通表达能力强,较强的团队意识和协作精神;

4.能承受较强的工作压力,且有强烈的上进心。

1. Plans, schedules, and manages the daily workflow of one or more client relationships.

2. Ensures timely and accurate production of financial statements and related regulatory filings, as applicable, for each client relationship.

3. Maintains positive relationships with clients and State Street coworkers.

4. Sets clear client expectations.

5. Oversees the effective coordination of activities with other departments.

6. Ensures all personnel are appropriately selected, thoroughly trained and given timely and complete performance evaluation feedback.

7. Ensures all controls and procedures are adhered to as well as makes recommendations for changes.

8. Facilitates the successful start-up of new funds and conversion of new clients. Ensures thorough, proper planning.

9. Ensures effective use of reporting system and makes recommendations for system enhancements.

10. Remains informed of regulatory changes and new industry and competitor developments.

11. Evaluates staffing needs while continually striving for greater efficiencies.

12. Develop internal training classes with the training liaison.

13. Other special projects or tasks assigned.

BS/ BA required.
1. 6-8 years experience, financial services preferred.
2. 2-3 years supervisory experience required.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary.
4. CPA a plus.
5. Strong English and communication skills
